HAABB 2025 Spring Meeting Institutional Registration Information

Before completing the form below, be sure your institution is a member or add the membership to your PayPal cart.  If you do not want to register as an Institutional Member, please, return to the Meetings page and select Individual/Resident/CLS Student ONLINE REGISTRATION.

Institutional annual membership dues are $35.

2025 HAABB INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERS  (expires April 1, 2026)

Institutional membership allows one facility to register multiple employees for the HAABB meetings at discounted session rates.  There is no limit to the number of employees that may attend once an Institutional Membership is obtained.  Membership will begin upon receipt of payment and will expire April 1, 2026.

There are four sessions available:  Wednesday AM, Wednesday PM, Thursday AM, and Thursday PM. 

Sessions for Institutional Members are $60 per attendee per session attended. 

After 04/02/2025, the session fee will increase to $65.

Institutional Member Online Registration Instructions

Please, complete the online form below with the Institution's Contact Information and up to five Attendees' information.  If more than 5 employees are attending this event, please compete the Institution Member Attendee Form and e-mail it to Brian Easley. 

Once the form is complete, click the SUBMIT button and you will directed to another page to pay online via PayPal.
